Keith wouldn't last a day in jail so all power to him if he wants to make a stand. He'll end up someone's bitch (as if he's not already one now).
As for the fines and/or jail time involved with healthcare, they won't stand up to a Constitutional challenge. Even with a court that's fast heading left. Of that I am sure.
